It all started with a mimosa soaked night (yes, we know it's a morning drink) when Eszter Glaser and I decided to create something breathtaking in the art of weaving. After many hours of daydreaming and researching, we are happy to present to you What the Rug, the collection of contemporary handwoven wool rugs.
Traditionally all the flat-woven rug patterns are geometric, rhythmically repetitive, or mirrored. That's why it was an exciting challenge to find a new point of view in this art form.
